Hol deine Daten von Facebook!

Ist doch mal interessant. Jetzt ist es doch tatsächlich möglich zu erfahren was Facebook so alles über einen weiß.

Hier hat jemand herausgefunden dass man seinen Nutzungsvertrag bei Facebook, mit einer Tochterfirma in Irland abschließt. Das gilt für alle Nutzer außerhalb der USA. Dadurch ist es nun möglich nach EU Recht Facebook anzuschreiben und die Herausgabe der Daten zu verlangen.

Nachteil: man muss seinen Pass einscannen und zuschicken, damit ist dann eindeutig dein Profil dir zugeordnet.
Aber rechtliche Schritte kann man halt leider noch nicht anonym einleiten...

Also in einer Frist von 40 Tagen soll man dann eine CD mit den Personenbezogenen Daten erhalten.

Facebook User Operations – Data Access Request Team"

Es sollen so ca. 4000 A4 Seiten pro person anfallen. Diese erhält man als pdf auf CD zugesandt. Da sind bereits gelöschte Informationen dabei, und allerlei was man auf Facebook so gemacht hat. 

Allerdings nicht dabei, sind die Daten die durch die "like- Buttons" anfallen. Das dürfte nochmal die Seitenzahl um ein paar Nullen erweitern. Aber mal sehen, der erste Schritt ist gemacht. Sollen die ruhig mal etwas arbeiten für Ihr Geld das sie mit unseren Informationen verdienen.
